Casino mode:
Finish the game. Then, select "New Game" at the main menu. The "Casino Mode" option will now appear above the normal difficulty setting. Select that option to play the casino games in Jen's bar.

Cherokee mode:
Finish the game. Then, select "New Game" at the main menu. The "Cherokee Mode" option will now be unlocked.

Achievements:
Perform the achievements below and you will unlock the corresponding Xbox Live Gamerscore points.

Last Call (10 points): Last Call level completed.
Escape velocity (10 points): Escape Velocity level completed.
Downward Spiral (10 points): Downward Spiral level completed.
Rites of Passage (10 points): Rites Of Passage level completed.
Second Chances (15 points): Second Chances level completed.
All Fall Down (15 points): All Fall Down level completed.
Crash Landing (15 points): Crash Landing level completed.
Sacrifices (20 points): Sacrifices level completed.
There Are Others (20 points): There Are Others level completed.
Guiding Fires (20 points): Guiding Fires level completed.

Team member (10 points): Reach 50 kills total in team death match.
Team player (15 points): Reach 125 kills total in team death match.
Team leader (20 points): Reach 250 kills total in team death match.
Sharpshooter (10 points): Reach 25 sniper kills in death match and team death match.
Invisible assassin (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using spirit form.
Mechanic (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using the wrench.
Rifle Ranger (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using the rifle.
Crawler King (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using Crawler grenades.
Machine Gun Tommy (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using the Auto-Cannon.
Launcher Lord (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using the Crawler Launcher.
Soul Sucker (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using the Leech Gun.
Toxic Overlord (10 points): Reach 25 kills in death match and team death match using the Acid Sprayer.
Rank 1 (20 points): By winning a ranked match.
Ten Ranked Matches (20 points): Play ten ranked matches.

Additionally, there are three secret achievements.

Poker Face (10 points): $250 won on Draw Poker.
Retro Gamer (10 points): Score over 15,000 on Runeman.
Black Jack (10 points): $250 won on Black Jack.
