One Stop Shop marker:
At the "Press Start" screen, press Up(2), Down(2), Left, Right, Up, Down to unlock a special marker for the Junkman Engine part in the back room of the One Stop Shop in Career mode. REMEMBER: This code can only be enabled once per career. 

Burger King Challenge:
At the "Press Start" screen, press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right to unlock the Burger King Challenge. 

Castrol Syntec Ford GT:
At the "Press Start" screen, press Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Down, Up, Down to unlock the Castrol Syntec Ford GT. 

Porsche Cayman:

$10,000:
To an extra $10,000 in career mode have a Need For Speed Underground career game saved on your hard drive. After the prologue you will get $10,000.

Quick start:
Pay close attention to your tachometer when launching from the start line. Grab a perfect launch to gain a few precious seconds. When the needle turns blue drop the clutch and hold on.

Nitrous and grip:
Hitting nitrous torques the chassis back, giving the rear tires immensely more weight under the new acceleration. The end effect is that you will go straight. If you find your tail sliding out or are about to spin out of control, hit your nitrous. You will be surprised at how fast you will get straight again. This is a great trick in combination with Speedbreaker. With the correct timing, there is no corner you cannot take at any speed.

Easy money:
Find an easy race such as a drag or something short that you can win quickly. Win the race and get the money. Go back to the safe house and start the race again. Win the race to get the same amount of money again. Repeat this process as much as desired. This is quite useful when you need that extra bit of power to defeat a blacklist rival, but don't have the money for a better car or parts.

Defeat one of the opponents on the blacklist. You will get two marks to use on several different things. Do not use them on the Uniques early in the game. Instead, use them on the middle or the left "Random" choices. They should usually come out to either a large cash bonus or the opponent's pink slip.

when you want money and i mean money really really fast and your stuck on rival #10 press down on the d-pad... then go to race events and go to the only speedtrap race and make sure you use the mazda r-x8...then keep on racing it until you get over $200,000..then you will be set for a long time  because the upgrades are going to cost you mula (money) a little bit of money ...also you can get the car you've always wanted...(quote: make sure you go over 135mph because some times they squeeze in a fast car!)

Easy upgrades:
Before you can do anything, you must win the Burger King Challenge. Once you win it, you will unlock all unique parts (also called Junkman parts). Get any car and put all the parts on it except performance. Once you have your car the way you desire, go to the performance shop. Max out your car, then put the Junkman parts on. Max out your car again. Then put on the Junkman parts again. Your car should be fully upgraded now.

Easy bounty:
Get some cops to chase you, then go to the bus stop. Get on top of the buses and make sure that the front of the car is at the edge of the last bus so that the cops can see you and do not lose you. Keep looking behind you, because the cops will sometimes find a way on top of the buses. When they do get on the buses, just reverse as soon as you see them coming and push them off. Only one cop car will come on top of the bus. Do this for as long as desired. When you want to lose them, just reverse, park in the middle of the buses, and wait until your Cool Down bar fills. The cops will also drive crazy and crash into themselves, giving you extra bounty and bring up your rap sheet rankings on police vehicles immobilized and police vehicles involved.

Racking up points with the police:
When you immobilize a police vehicle a secret timer starts then you have ten seconds to immobilize more police vehicles you rack up a lot of points. If you already knew that you wouldn't be reading this would you. When you make cop cars run into there own roadblocks you rack up the points  because that causes a lot of chaos. If your at the end of the game and your on Bull (Toru Sato) or Razor (Clarence Callahan)using this is very helpful.

Squeezing out an extra couple of grand from car sales:
When you win the pink slip to a rivals car, and don\'t want it, you can sell it for half the dealer price. But if you want to squeeze a little more money out of it follow these instructions. Select the car and drive it to the shop. While you are there go to the parts tab and return all the body parts to stock condition. Everything spoiler, body kit, rims, hood, roof scoop, etc. Then return to the safe house and sell it. This will get you an extra 3 to 5 grand.

REMEMBER: The only down side is that you can only do this to the body parts. If you try to do this in the performance tab you will just be charged for down grading the engine and you will not get any value for the paint, decals and visual components.

Easy Roadblocks:
When the police set up a roadblock or spike strip the easiest way to get out of it is to smash into the back of their car (The spoiler end) you will keep alot of speed and can watch the cars go flying in the air

Milestone/Make it Easy 101:
Get the police to chase you toward the college campus. You can get big bounties and complete all milestones here by driving around and around the campus way (aka the circle) that you see on map. Learn the campus inside and out. When you are down to one cop car left make sure that you do not allow cruiser to loose site of you until backup has arrive if you have not reach your goals. Rap grows by leaps and bounds here because even when you have reach your milestones any encounters with the cops count towards your Rap Sheet. Helicopters in level 5 can not get low enough to skid hit here.30 minute chases are easy here. Know your hiding spots to get away once goals have been completed. Hint the quick hiding spot is the one inside the parking deck.

Easy way of getting out of a drift: 1 The easiest way to get out of a drift is Nitrous if your in a drift tricky to get out of the nitrous straightens out your ride. 2 if you dont have any nitrous or want to save it another way to get out a drift is to turn in the direction the back of your car is going. eg if Spoiler is turning left turn left to stop drift
