All created officer attire:
Create a basic created officer and complete the Yellow Turban campaign. Use the easy difficulty setting to finish faster. For the best officer you can create, choose Lu Bu's motion. It has great combinations and is from the best officer in the game.

Level 4 weapons:
Raise them all up to maximum levels. Then, By beating 500 enemies you will unlock a level 4 weapon. REMEMBER: Each type of weapon is only unlocked based on your own weapon. Hence, a sword unlocks level 4 swords, etc. Also, each weapon is only once done per character. For example, if you use Lu Bu, the weapon is only unlocked for Lu Bu.

Easy Kills:
Go to a battle and take over all the bases except for the ones connected to the main base, then kill every officer, just so you won't be bothered by them later. After you have done that go to the main enemy camp. Since you haven't captured the bases attached to it the guard captains and their men will just keep coming. The game will keep telling something like you need ally bases or something to take the main camp. So you can just sit there and get massive amounts of kills. This is good technique for getting a level 4 weapon

Red Hare harness:
To get the Red Hare harness, you need money, the development assignment, and the production assignment. The cities are able to develop the Red Hare harness are Nanman (in the Gathering of Heroes campaign) and Luo Yang (in all other campaigns). You must use development (in the equipment category) on that city three times. After that, you must then use production on Luo Yang. This will produce one Red Hare harness. If you want another one, just use production on it again.

Getting good tactics cards:
Juggernaut and Wood Ox can be obtained by putting Zhuge Liang and Yue Ying together in the same province.

Getting Items:
Once in a while, during your consult phase, a merchant will appear. I give him 500 golds and he gives me a random item.

(Randomly) If you use the policies pertaining to Southern Trade or Nanman Trade, they will give you money AND an item.

Shadow Horse:
Get the most northwest land (should be owned by Ma Teng). Develop it until you cannot do so anymore. After you are done developing, go to "Assign" and do "Western Trade". Repeat this until you get the Shadow Horse.

Getting good assignment cards:
In order to get good assignment cards you must be in the first place and good. For example, to get the special juggernaughts and sorcerers you muwt start empire mode under either the hard or chaos difficulty settings. Not a lot of good assignment cards will be unlocked under the novice or easy difficulty settings.

Use six items for officer:
By beating 1,000 enemies in any stage and difficult setting you will unlock the possibility to use six items for that officer. For easier results, use two Extend Time strategy cards.

1000 KO Medal:
Defeat 1,000 enemies in any stage and difficult setting.

Flames over Chi Bi:
By winning the Battle of Guan Du.

Land divided in three:
Defeat Dong Zhou in Luo Yang.

Dong Zhou in Luo Yang:
By winning the Yellow Turban Rebellion.

Cao Cao in Guan Du:
By winning the Divided Land level.

Flames Over Chi Bi scenario:
Finish the Battle Of Guan Du scenario.

A Divided Land scenario:
Finish the Dong Zhou in Luo Yang scenario.

Dong Zhou In Luo Yang scenario:
Finish The Yellow Turban Rebellion scenario.

Battle Of Guan Du scenario:
Finish the A Divided Land scenario.
