Select the "Settings" option at the main menu, then select the "Cheat Codes" option. Press Y, Down, R, Down.
Making volcanoes in map editor
To make a volcano, flatten any piece of land then raise it with the largest type of raising tool. Then, in the middle, use the smallest raising tool to put the middle all the way down to the water.
