Completed game:
Edit a license and enter ENTIRETY as a name. Then, answer "No" when prompted to confirm the new name. The current game will be marked as 100% completed.

1 million OutRun miles:
Edit a license and enter MILESANDMILES as a case-sensitive name. Then, answer "No" when prompted to confirm the new name.

Winning races:
In the missions where you must receive an "A" or greater rank by coming in third or better during a race, use the split in the highway section in the road after and before each stage to advance your position. Most racers will go a bit slower here, and if you have a fast car like the F40, you can easily overtake competitors on the straights and easy bends of this section.
