Completion bonus:
Finish the game and select the YES option to save the cleared game data. The 2ND PLAY option will now be unlocked. Pick this option to replay the game with every item and weapon you had when finishing the game in a slightly higher difficulty.

Sword Locations:

Punisher Blade  - In Stage 21 go to the opposite arch that the spirit goes to, to find it.

Black Swallow   - Behind you at the start of stage 23, kill the lone death serpent.

Sword of Voracity - Kill 60 enemies in stage 26

Thunder - Found in stage 22, uner the bridge between the centre island
                  and large statue

Dragon Point - Kill 30 enemies in stage 7

Staff of Duality - Stage 24, Look for the small passageway inside the treestump.
                          On the other side above the entrance rests the staff.

Skylarks - Beat stage 14 in under 2 minutes

Orchind Malevolence - Kill the Hydra in stage 27

Moonlight Sword - Get 100% souls in all but the final stage..

Golden Dragon - Found in the Crimson Kings vacated room, stage 20

Sword of Binding- Found in level 12 - Defeat the Raven King!

Holy Staff - Beat stage 15 with a time of 2:45 or better

Flame Staff - Found in level 13, in the Furnace, Crush the Statues

Ogre' Horn - Defeat the Blaze Orge near the beginning of stage 18

Dragon Staff - Beat level 5 under 3.00

Phoenix Staff - Dropped by foe in stage 18

Butterfly Staff - Found in stage 10, go through tunnel to the left from the start
                
Twin Rays - Purchase in shop after beating stage 22

Jaws of the Mountain - Found in level 11 - Guarded by the Stone Dieties on a narrow path high up

Rune Scimitars - Stage 3, perform a 20 hit combo

Training Sword - Perform a 400 hit combo in stage 11


Mercy Orb Locations:
You can find these orbs after killing a stage's lonesome Floating Symbol.
Stage 1 : Left of the starting.
Stage 4 : Behind the second set of Guardian Lionettes.
Stage 10: In the Middle of the Bridge across the water, be careful not to
               break the bridge.
Stage 15: In the caves ringing around the lava pit, you should find it.
Stage 20: In the upper left corner of the room after the corridor blocked
               with pots. You'll have to break the wall to reach it.

Magic Locations:
Dragon lvl 2 : Buy it from shop
Dragon lvl 3 : Finish stage 24 in under 2 minutes

Phoenix lvl 2 : In stage 17 near gate at top of the cliff at the beginning
Phoenix lvl 3 : Finish stage 22 with a time of at most 1:39

Chimera lvl 2 : Buy it following stage 17
Chimera lvl 3 : Finish stage 20 with a time of at most 1:39

Butterfly lvl 2 : In a brazier near the row of columns set into the cliffside in stage 15
Butterfly lvl 3 : Beat stage 23 with a time of  at most 1:39

Attack strategies:
to fly, attack while falling. to gane altitude, press the L button and B button at the same time and you do a uppercut.

More powerful attacks- Press L and B to uppercut, L and Y to do a backflip attack. Hold Down X to Charge magic
