Easy punt and kick returns:
After catching the ball, run straight at one of the sidelines towards the players coming at you. Then, reverse direction and go towards the other side. Next, go back the way in the direction that you just came from. This should help you lose some of the other team's players. Now fly towards the endzone and score.

Dancing player:
Push Left Analog-stick Up, then Left Analog-stick Down to make your player dance.
