The effects of the codes below will remain in effect permanently. The only way to disable them is to delete your game. Alternate costumes:
To unlock alternate costumes, beat  your selected character in ninja challenge mode in their FULL FEATURE level. You will only need to pass this stage to unlock it. For instance, Using Xui Tan Sour, finish the Legend Of The Drunken Bastards stage (she is the Boss).

Some scenes feature an actor as the Boss. Defeat that Boss with himself (3 stars or better rank) to unlock his or her alternate costume.

After finishing the mini-series for Candi Roll and Captain Won Ton you will unlock their alternate costume.

Secret characters:
The secret characters are Candi Roll, Captain Won Ton, and Shao Ting. If you want unlock Shao Ting you must beat  him in the final stage with five stars.

Unlocking bonuses:
Finish a level with a 4 or 5 star rank to unlock one or more bonus.

Easy fight with Sho Ting:
Use defend then wait for sho ting attack , when he becomes red use Y then make any combo

Specials:
If you haven\'t figured out how to use specials yet, this is your lucky day! First, hit your opponent with an attack that will knock them down, preferably a combo. As soon as their down, hit the L trigger and you will taunt them. You know this will be successful because a bunch of symbols will fly out and hit the downed enemy, things like a #, @, $, the works. Then, a \"power ball\", which is basically a glowing orb thingy, will appear above your character\'s head. Each time you do this, you will get another. Once you have three, your character starts glowing. Hit the L+R triggers at the same time and you will perform a special. One of my favorites is the Ninja\'s where he throws a ton of shuriken (that\'s a throwing star by the way). You\'ll probably have to aim where your attack goes, but it should mean instant death to anyone it hits... I think...

REMEMBER: If somebody taunts you and you have a \"power ball\", they will steal one of yours and add it to theirs. This is a huge pain, but you can do the same to them. Your power balls are carried on even if you die (in other words, you\'ll still have the power balls you had before if you die, unless you run out of lives of course). The use of the special attack is often the key to quick kills and victories. Booyah.

Easy Kills:
This works on any level that doesn\'t involve things like throwing stuff at players to knock them off their own tiny platform or avoiding obstacles to outlast the others. It works on the ones where u actually get to fight the other players. I\'m not saying that this can\'t be a level where you still have to avoid obstacles or can throw things, but it has to be one where you can actually run around and attack the others, such as the first two levels. There also needs to be a way to knock them out of the arena, but what levels don\'t have that? First, hit your enemy with a 3-hit combo, or just one that would knock them down (I usually use X,X,Y because it has more power than the standard 3X button mashing thing). When they are down, you may attack them if you wish (your character will punt kick them in the ribs and they will roll off a ledge) or you can pick them up with B, then thrown them out of the arena. This is an instant kill and will probably drive your friends crazy, but it works.
