Change health level:
Push B while playing the game to display the options. Push L or R to get to the statistics prompt by cycling. Highlight the health bar, push Black, White, Black, Black, Black, then press and hold A to set a new health level. Push B to exit. When you get hit, your health will automatically go back up. You can only use one code at a time.
 

Change magicka level:
Push B while playing the game to display the options. Push L or R to get to the statistics prompt by cycling. Highlight the magicka bar, push Black, White, White, Black, White, then press and hold A to set a new magicka level. Push B to exit. When you use magicka, it will automatically go back up. You can only use one code at a time.

Change fatigue level:
Push B while playing the game to display the options. Push L or R to get to the statistics prompt by cycling. Highlight the fatigue bar, push Black, Black, White, White, Black, then press and hold A to set a new fatigue level. Push B to exit. When your fatigue changes, it will automatically go back up. You can only use one code at a time.

Unlimited arrows:
Equip a bow, then any arrow. Hold Attack to pull the arrow back. Enter the inventory screen with the arrow still pulled back. You may now release Attack. Unequip the arrows and resume the game. It will now continue to shoot the arrow. After it fires, it will not count that arrow to be missing.
 

Increase weapon skill:
Find a weapon that has bound whatever that weapon is (for example, a katana with bound long sword) and cast the Bound spell. When the weapon appears, hold X + R and your weapons will continuously switch. When the bound weapon wears off, your stat with the weapon should have increased dramatically. For example, it is possible to raise my longs word skill from 50 to over 2000 in about five minutes.

Stay for free:
When you are in a city with an inn and your fatigue or health is down, instead of paying 10 gp to the clerk, just find a room and sleep in it. Your crime will not be reported and no one will know.

Increase Armor skill:
To increase Armor, find some enemies that do not do much damage and get hit by them. The Slaughterfish is a good choice.
 

Increase Athletics skill:
To increase Athletics, run (not walk) around until your fatigue bar hits 0. Then, wait for your fatigue bar to raise to full and repeat.
 

Increase Block skill:
To increase Block, hold Chop while using a shield and get hit by enemies.

Full Masters Alchemy set- in Caldera:
Guild of Mages there is a tower with a full set of masters alchemy stuff. And since there is no one around your crime will go unnoticed.

Skill Lv Increase:
An easy way to increase your skills is to go to the mages guild and ask someone that you can make spells with. You make a destroy attribute spell on self a 100% for a second the go to someone that can train you on that skill . cast the skill then quickly train so it cost only 1 pg to train and your level with still go up
