Cops vs Mobsters:
In the case that both cops and mobsters are firing away, it’s usually smart to take out the cops first, as the mobsters tend to fire more wildly with less accurate aim.

Auto-Aim:
Due to crappy AI when utilizing auto-aim all weapons will be effective at most ranges (long/short). In most games shot-guns tend to be accurate at close range, but in Chicago Enforcer you will find that even the shotgun is effective at long range with auto-aim enabled

Rushing the enemy:
The best time to rush an enemy is when they are reloading, as they can be caught off guard and unprotected, but the same goes for when you run out of ammo as well, so be careful to find a good spot to take cover before changing clips.

Avoiding Cops:
Players can avoid the cops by not pulling out a weapon within their proximity, but as soon as other gangsters show up with their guns blazing, the cops will get in the middle of the action forcing players to eliminate all hostiles in sight. This is important to know since cops are particularly precise in their aim and their use of deadly force is second to none
