All levels, mini-games, and hats:
Go into the options menu and enter Roygbiv as a player name. Select "Submit", and you will hear the foghorn sound to confirm correct code entry.

99 bombs and 10 lives:
Enter FBI as a player name.

Bite off heads:
While in freakout press square to bite off the head of the agent you are riding.

Freak attack:
Jump over an enemy and press X over top of them. You will grab onto their head and ride them.

Dig into the ground:
Press down and Triangle to dig a hole in the ground where you are protected by enemies.

Pick up agent/Throw agent:
While in freakout press triangle to pick up the agent you are riding and carry them. Then press square to toss them.

Bonus life:
Dig next to a flower to get an extra life.

Hats:
Hats are acquired sometimes by blowing up a certain building, or by beating a boss a certain way. You'll know you've unlocked a hat when you hear a foghorn sound.

Pirate Hat:
Level 1-1 Destroy "Hairy Nanny Daycare", which is right after the mini-boss.

Hats:
Go into the options menu and enter as a player name. Select "Submit", and you will hear the foghorn sound to confirm correct code entry. Go into the hat menu and the corresponding hat will be unlocked.

Level 1-3: Ice Shot upgrade:
Destroy the "Krappy Cone" to receive an Ice Shot upgrade.

Level 1-4: Chicken hat:
Destroy the Benemoth building. You should hear a foghorn sound to indicate that the hat has been unlocked.

Level 1-4: Curly hair:
Destroy the "Fish Are Like Plants" building. You will hear an foghorn sound after the building is destroyed, and the curly hair will be unlocked.

Level 3-2: Desert trap:
There is a flower in the sand. However, if you dig down to get it, a big green thing will eat you before you take it.
