Go to Coral Forest to first see the animal.Then it will swim to Blue holes. Try interacting with it. After you interact with it,it will swim to the Lagoon. Go there and you will find it trapped. Try interacting with it and it will follow you. Lead it back to coral forest and it will be your Partner.
