Secret Date
You must first set the internal date of the Saturn to January 1. Your battery-saver will be set to 99 instead of 64. Georges gun will also now be charged when it is found and hold 3 shots.
Christmas Message
Set the Saturn's internal date to December 25. A hidden message will be displayed as the game loads.
Hidden Scene
Beat the game on normal difficulty then create a new game on hard difficulty. Press A when reaching Laura's room and you will be treated to a shower scene.
