Every character:
Press Right, Left(2), Right, Up(3), Start at the character selection screen at an Xtraction point where you usually save the game or switch characters.

All skins:
Press Down, Up, Left, Right, Up(2), Start at the team management screen.

God mode:
Press Down, Up, Down, Up, Right, Down, Right, Left, Start at the character selection screen at an Xtraction point where you usually save the game or switch characters.

Level 99 characters:
Press Up, Down, Up, Down, Left, Up, Left, Right, Start at the character selection screen at an Xtraction point where you usually save the game or switch characters.

Add one point to all skills:

100,000 tech-bits:

Game cinematics:

Unlock Cable:
Finish the X-Cutioner's Song comic.

Unlock Cannonball:
Finish the Brood: Day Of Wrath comic.

Unlock Dark Phoenix:
Finish the game.

Unlock Deadpool:
Finish the game.

Unlock Iron Man:
Find the four homing beacons in Act 1 through 4 and collect the piece of his armor that each set unlocks. Then, save Iron Man after finding the four homing beacons in Act 5.

Unlock Professor Xavier:
Finish all Danger Room missions.

Unlock X-Man:
Finish the Age of Apocalypse comic.

Alternate costumes:
Some characters begin the game with some alternate costumes available:

Bishop: 70's Costume
Colossus: Xtreme Costume 2
Cyclops: Xtreme Costume 2
Jean Grey: Dark Phoenix Costume
Juggernaut: Original Costume
Magneto: Ultimate Non-Helmet Costume (starting costume without helmet)
Nightcrawler: Xtreme Costume 2
Rogue: Coat Costume
Scarlet Witch: 70's Costume
Storm: 70's Costume
Sunfire: 70's Costume
Toad: Brown Costume
Wolverine: Ultimate Costume

After finishing Act 1 you will unlock the following costumes:

Colossus: 70's Costume
Cyclops: Original Costume, 70's Costume
Iceman: Snowman Costume
Jean Grey: Phoenix Costume, 70's Costume
Nightcrawler: 70's Costume
Storm: 70's Costume (another one)
Wolverine: Original Costume (Brown and Gold)

After finishing Act 2 you will unlock the "Age of Apocalypse Costume" for all characters that have them.

After finishing Act 4 you will unlock the following costumes:

Colossus: Xtreme Costume, Gladiator Costume, Ultimate Non-Steel Skin Costume (starting costume with normal skin)
Cyclops: Xtreme Costume, Snowfields Costume
Iceman: Non-Ice Skin (the same as in X-Men Legends)
Juggernaut: Original Non-Helmet Costume
Nightcrawler: Xtreme Costume
Storm: Xtreme Costume, Snofields Costume
Wolverine: Weapon X Experiment Costume, Xtreme Costume, Snowfields Costume

The Secret Characters already have the following costumes available:

Deadpool: Unmasked Costume
Iron Man: 2099's Costume, Age of Apocalypse Costume
Professor X: Shadow World Costume (the same from X-Men Legends)

Team bonuses:
The following party member combinations, in any order, provide each of those characters with the bonus listed.

Wolverine, Nightcrawler, Sunfire and Colossus activates "New X-Men". This provides an additional +15% of their maximum health.

Magneto, Juggernaut, Scarlet Witch and Toad activates "Brotherhood of Evil". This provides an additional +5% experience.
User Cheat by Barbershoper

Jean Grey, Rogue, Storm and Scarlet Witch activates "Femme Fatale". This converts 5% of the damage you inflict into health.

Wolverine, Colossus, Juggernaut and Rogue activates "Bruiser Brigade". This gives a character +20 energy if their attack knocks their target down.
User Cheat by 21carries

Change all the characters costumes to their original (for example, Magneto's red and purple outfit, Nightcrawler's outfit with the swords on his back) to activate "Age of Apocalypse", which gives +100% to your attack rating.

Use Cyclops, Iceman, Professor X, and Magneto to get the "Old School" bonus. This bonus gives a +15% to maximum energy.

Use Sunfire, Nightcrawler, Bishop, Wolverine to get the "New X-Men" bonus. This bonus gives a +15% maximum health bonus.

Use Storm, Magneto, Sunfire and Iceman to get the "Forces of Nature" bonus. This bonuses gives a +10% to all resistances.

Use Nightcrawler, Sunfire, Toad, and Deadpool to get the "Agile Warriors" bonus. This bonus gives a +5% to experience points.

Use Deadpool, Rogue, Wolverine, and Gambit to get the "Dark Past Team" bonus. This bonus gives a +5% damage inflicted to health.

Use Cyclops,Jean Grey, Gambit, and Rogue to get the "Double Date" bonus. This bonus gives 20 Health per KO.

Use Gambit, Bishop, Cyclops, and Iron Man to get the "Energy Corps" bonus. This bonus gives +5% damage.

Use Magneto, Professor X, Scarlet Witch, and Juggernaut to get the "Family Affair" bonus. This bonus gives +5 health regen.

Use Colossus, Juggernaut, Iron Man, and Magneto to get the "Heavy Metal" bonus. This bonus gives+10 to all stats.

Use Iron Man, Scarlet Witch, Wolverine, and Bishop to get the "New Avengers" bonus. This bonus gives +15% to maximum health.

Use Iceman, Professor X, Iron Man, and Deadpool to get the "Raven Knights" bonus. This bonus gives +60% techbit drops.

Use Bishop, Deadpool, Nightcrawler, and Gambit to get the "Special Ops" bonus. This bonus gives +5% damage.
