Alpha:
An easy way to completing Alpha in tournament mode is to use the first vehicle. It has good handling and average defense. Also, you should start turning a short distance before you reach the corner.
Turning:
When you use the triggers it slices the turn. (but be careful at sharp turns because if you use it the craft just slides into the wall)
