Since the game does not save your health status, simply save, quit, and then restart from the saved game file to restore health.

Man Eating Plants
On the Stormy Mountain level, there will be weird plant type things littered about. They will always face you if you look. This is actually their head facing you and their mouth is always open. If you manage to run into their mouth, or fall into it, or if the wind pushes you into it, they will trap you inside and one of two things can happen: a) they will simply spit you back out, no damage whatsoever, or b) they swallow you whole. Do not fear, for this actually transports you through the ground and you pop up inside the mouth of another. Knowing which ones each leads you to can be crucial for traveling, but most of them lead you farther back than ahead, so avoid this unless you are trying to backtrack. Remember that if you accidentally get swallowed by one, or spit up, you won't take damage either way.
