Frozen Altars, Gems in the Temple
Go to where the big temple is and freeze the rynoc that's throwing stuff at you and jump on him to get up to the temple and then you can get all the gems.

How to beat the first Boss
Charge him into the lava.
Swimming under the ice
Go to the end of the level (in Icy Peak). On Spyro's left you should see a cannon. Hop on to it and shoot the ice crystal. Glide to the whilrwind that appears and turn left. You should see a big crack in the ice. Glide for 2 seconds then hover and headbash the ice. Spyro should be floating in water.
