Mortal Kombat 4 Unlockables

Enter "Group Mode" and finish the game with all sixteen characters. After this has been accomplished, select any character and begin a match. Your character will play as Meat with all the moves of the character that was selected.

Go to Arcade, then select hidden and hold Run and press Up,Up and Left so you can be on Reiko. Then you press Block while still holding Run. When it says choose your destiny keep holding Run + Block and press any punch or kick button to start the game. When you see the picture of Noob Saibot you can release the Run and Block buttons.
