Every robot in story mode:
In the title prompt, push Up, Down, Left, Right, X, Circle at the title screen.

Every robot in versus mode:
Use the EVERY ROBOT IN STORY MODE code, then return to the title screen. Now push [Up, Down, Left, Right] three times, X, Circle.
