COOL BOARDERS 2 TIPS & TRICKS
"Take it easy"
go boarding until you see at your left (reported on the right as well) a small forest go in it and jump to the other side.
"pipeline canyon"
go boarding down the hill, after the fence at your left you will see in the middle a small pipe slide on it(slide=switch on a pipe)
"freezing Point"
board down the hill untill you see a small forest on a hill jump to it and keep jumping untill you made it
"snow ruins"
board down to the hill after the 2nd trick jump you will find 3 pole's go trough it.
"dive into the cave"
1) At the second split go left. You will see at your right a platform. Jump on it. 2) At the second split go right. You will see a small ramp. Slide on it.
Disable music
Rapidly tap Start while playing the game until the music remains playing while the game is paused. Then, press Start to resume game play with no music.
Soundtrack
Place the game disc in an audio CD player and play tracks two through twenty-one to hear music from the game.

Trick point strategy
Adding Grab tricks into Spins, Flips, and Mistys increases your points. With this in mind, use the tricks that give you the most points to score higher. Also, standing Fakie and doing Spins, Flips, or Mistys Backside will give you more points. See the list of grab tricks for more details on how to pull off these moves.

Stunt in Big Air
When you are in Big Air hold X + Right. When you get to the ramp release the buttons. If done correctly, you will do a good stunt. Do it successfully in two attempts and you will finish first.
COOL BOARDERS 2 UNLOCKABLES
Unlock Snowman
Finish Competition Hard mode in first place. Alternatively, Finish Freestyle mode in first place for the "Trick", "Time" and "Total" categories in all ten courses.
Unlock Boss
Finish Competition Mirror mode in first place.
Unlock Gray
Score 37.5 or greater in Half Pipe mode or by completing all the tricks in Trick mode: Master.
Freestyle SP board
Finish Freestyle mode in first place for the "Trick" category in at least five courses. You can use the board in every mode except Tour Competition
All-Around SP board
Finish Freestyle mode in first place for the "Total" category in at least five courses. You can use the board in every mode except Tour Competition
Alpine SP board
Finish Freestyle mode in first place for the "Time" category in at least five courses. You can use the board in every mode except Tour Competition
Hard mode
Finish all nine rounds in "Snowboarding Combined" reverse mode and achieve any ranking. Hold L1 and select "Freestyle" or Snowboarding Combined" modes to play hard versions of the courses.
Mirror mode
Finish Snowboarding Competition mode (Snowboarding Combined in Japanese version) and enter the options screen. Push Select on controller two, then press R1 + Square at the mode selection screen.
Expert mode
Hold L1 and press X when starting tour competition mode for increased difficulty.
Reversed courses
Finish all nine rounds in Snowboarding Competition mode (Snowboarding Combined in Japanese version) and achieve any ranking. Hold R1 and select "Freestyle" or Snowboarding Combined" modes to play reversed versions of the courses.
Bonus course
After finishing the regular competition you will unlock a bonus tenth course.
