In the main menu, quickly push Right, Left, Right, Left, Circle, Square, Circle, Square, then select any freeride mode.

In the main menu, quickly push Square(8). Then finish the first track in world tour mode in first place to race against him in the next race.

Every character and course:
Enter the sound test screen and play the "blink 182, [dammit]" music track. Then, set the music track to "blink 182, [untitled]" and exit. Enter the character selection hold Square + Triangle + Circle + X. The phrase "Blink 182 Rocks" will appear to confirm correct code entry.
