Ace Combat 3 Cheats

Japanese FMV sequence:
Finish the game under hard difficulty with an A rank. Then push L1 + R1 + Start when the title screen becomes visible again.

Control replay:
While watching the replay, push Square, Triangle, Circle, X, L1 or R1 to change camera angles. Push L2 to add a filter, as if the view were through sunglasses. Push R2 to add motion blurring.

O.S.L. weapon:
Finish the game under normal or hard difficulty. The press and hold Start + Triangle after picking your fighter and weapons. Keep the buttons held until game play begins. This weapon never misses.

Spread bomb:
Unlock the Mission Simulator and the spread bomb also will be unlocked. It can be found under weapon 2, at the very end.

Orbital Satellite Laser and X-49 Night Raven plane:
By obtaining the A rank for each of the thirty six mission simulator missions under hard difficulty. REMEMBER: The laser may not be used in all missions.

U14054 Aurora plane:
By obtaining the A rank for each of the thirty six mission simulator missions under normal or hard difficulty. REMEMBER: The laser may not be used in all missions.

XR-900 Geopelia plane:
By obtaining the A rank for mission thirty six in the mission simulator.

Music test:
Finish the game under easy difficulty.

Bonus mission:
Get a rank of "B" or better in each of the thirty five regular missions to unlock a bonus mission.

Slash and Edge from Ace Combat 2:
In Utopian Dreams mission, choose not to follow Cynthia. In an upcoming net news you should see information that tells the name of Ouroboros, including Dision and Cynthia. In the names are Kei Nagase and John Harverd, which are the real names for Edge and Slash in Ace Combat 2.

Mission simulator (Japanese version):
Unlock all five endings with a pilot by completing all fifty-two missions and save the game. Return to the title screen and load the completed game save file. The "New File" option will change an "S-File" option. Choose that option for a mission simulator that allows any mission to be played with any airplane and difficulty.

Start the game in a new file under easy difficulty. Finish the game and save. Return to the same file and play a game under normal difficulty. Finish the game again. After the credits have completed and your rating disappears, you will be in the mission simulator. Save your game to unlock it permanently.
