Hard mode:
Complete all normal events.

Extreme mode:
Complete all hard events.

Armor Upgrade 1:
Earn 300,000 Salvo points by playing through many battles. The points are cumulative. You will be given a strong helmet and arm bracer at the start of every battle from now on.

Armor Upgrade 2:
You will obtain yet another armor upgrade after gaining 800,000 Salvo points.

Getting Gold Fortune Coins:
During the stealth segments, rare coins can be discovered. Octavianus can find one Gold Fortune coin on the final guard in any given location. To obtain it, you must disable every opponent in the given area first. The last man you search (with the Circle button) will yield this rare coin

Survival Mode:
Get a Silver rank on all the normal events.

Labyrinth Arena:
Get a Silver rank on all the hard events.

Ugly Duck Fling Mini Game:
Get a Bronze rank on all the hard events.

Art Gallery:
Get a Bronze rank on all the normal events.

Chameleon suit:
buy all items from all vendors

Chariots of Ire:
gold in all Hard gladitorial events

Crew Cut:
given from start

Fortus Rex Amor:
collect a total of 300,000 salvos

Gorilla Costume for Agrippa:
complete all gladiator challenges

Great Escape Minigame:
get a gold rank on all normal events

Invisible Opponents:
get bronze in all Extreme gladitorial events. They will be invisible when 'ON' is selected

Mr. Onion Head:
buy at least 5 items

Pansa's Robe:
buy at least 10 items

Splitting Head Ache:
buy at least 20 items

Survival Mode:
get a silver rank on all normal events

Talon Aegis:
collect a total of 800,000 salvos

Ugly Duck Fling Minigame:
get a bronze rank on all hard events

Vitality Opponent Gauge:
get bronze in all Extreme gladitorial events. It's visible if 'ON' is selected.

Alternate costumes:
Finish all gladiator challenges to unlock a gorilla costume for Agrippa.

Keep buying items from merchants to eventually unlock various costumes and hair for Octavianus (Onion Head, Pansa Robe, Splitting Headache and Chameleon Suit).

Armor upgrades:
Armor upgrades are awarded when you pass 300,000 and 800,000 Salvo points.
