Getting easy money:
After you defeat Nelly in a drag race in event challenge mode, you will get his Mazda RX-7. Keep repeating that race, and when you win you will get over 100,000+ RP every time. Repeat this as many times as desired.

This technique is more than effective in the game. By tailing cars you will gain racing points, speed, and the pressure meter rises causing more mistakes by the driver you are tailing. This proves to be important during dogfights later in the game.
