Cheat mode:
Hold L1 and rotate the Right Analog-stick at the PCCW Japan logo until you hear a sound. Every duel mode character, Aria/Iria in story mode, and full attack mode will now be unlocked.

Unlock Aria/Iria:
By finishing the game with every one of the four staring characters under normal or higher difficulty and you will unlock Aria/Iria in story mode.
