No catching up on races:
Submit the profile name C-HARD

Slower opponents:
Submit the profile name C-EASY

All cars in garage pimped:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Circle, Square, R2, R1, Up, Down, Left, Right.

Additional $5,000:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Circle, Left, R2, Up.

Disable police:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, R2, Square, Right, R1, Left.

Always first place in street races and success in acquires or retributions:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, R2, Left, Circle, Up.

All traffic at full speed:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Right, Circle, Left.

Unlimited nitro:
Press Up, Down, Left, Right, Square, Up, Down, Circle, Up.

Get any car:
Go to your garage and select any car by pressing X. Remove controller one from the port and reinsert it. Press Triangle to go back and you will be driving the car.

Blinker:
Drive as normal as you can, and when you are stopped at a red light, press R1 and look to see if anyone is behind you. If someone is there, slightly back up into the car to damage either the right or left taillight. Simultaneously tap R3 and it will appear as if you have a blinker
