Secret Vehicles
There are a series of secret vehicles in the game. This is a list of them and how to get them.

Vehicle Name	How to Unlock
Black Voodoo	Steal it during the Two Bit Hit Mission.
Bloodring Banger	Finish the BLOODRING event at Hyman Memorial Stadium and two will spawn in the nearby parking lot.
BP/EP/DP/FP Admiral	Steal it during the Guardian Angels mission.
Deluxo	Complete the first list of cars at the car showroom and it will spawn on the first floor. The list is on the wall down by the garages.
Hotring Racer	Complete the fourth list of cars at the car showroom and it will spawn on the second floor.
Hunter	Collect all 100 hidden packages or complete all of the main story missions and it will spawn at Fort Baxter Air Base.
Love Fist Limo	Take it to a garage during one of the Love Fist missions in which you drive the limo.
Rhino	Collect 90 hidden packages and it will spawn at Fort Baxter Air Base. Alternately, get six stars and the army will use it against you.
Romero's Hearse	Steal it during the final Avery Carrington Mission.
Sabre Turbo	Complete the second list of cars at the car showroom and it will spawn on the first floor.
Sandking	Complete the third list of cars at the car showroom and it will spawn on the second floor.
Sea Sparrow	Collect 80 hidden packages and it will spawn behind the Vercetti Estate.
Skimmer	Complete all the Film Studio Missions and it will spawn behind the Film Studio.
Spand Express	After the Jury Fury mission by Ken Rosenburg, you can steal the car.
White Walton	Steal it during the Gun Runner Mission.
Zebra Taxi	Complete all of the missions for the Kaufman Cabs asset and it will spawn in the parking lot.

Angel:
Go to the Greasy Choppers Bike Club in Downtown to find the patriotic Angel motorcycle.

Get an army helicopter
Activate the brown thunder missions. If you activate it near the airport, after the level twelve mission, all of the criminals will appear in the same place in the airport. I have 45 million dollars from doing this. after level twelve you only have to blow up two cars and they will always appear in the same spot.

Baggage Handler:
Behind Escobar International Airport is a pile of luggage with a car that resembles a Caddy. This is the Baggage Handler. There is also one on the side of the airport.

Barracks O.L.:
Get your wanted level to six stars. The army troops will arrive in Barracks O.L.s.

Caddy:
Go to Escobar International Airport and go straight around the terminal to find a Caddy.

Cheetah, FBI:
The FBI Cheetah can be found on the left side of the map at the police station near the bottom at about 21:00 until 1:00.

Chopper with Wheels:
Get a helicopter then go to sunshine autos then fit the chopper into spray and go. Then come out and the chopper will have wheels

Cuban Jetmax:
Buy the shipyard in Vice Port for $10,000. The boat will respawn there and will be yours for the taking.

FBI Rancher:
Get your wanted level to five stars. When the FBI arrives, they will do so in a FBI Rancher.

Gang Burrito:
The Gang Burrito is located on Prawn Island. It is a red van with a red spoiler.

Love Fist Limo:
Start the Love Fist mission Psycho Killer in Downtown. Then, drive it into one of your garages. The Sunshine Autos car showroom or Hyman Condo are your best choices.

Maverick:
Steal a vehicle and drive it through the front doors of the Vercetti Estate and a Maverick helicopter will appear on the helipad on the roof.

PCJ 600:
Go to Vice Point and find the Standing Vice Point building near the beach. Drive along the sides of the building across the street from the makeshift ramp to find a PCJ 600.

Police Maverick:
Go to the police station in the Downtown area. Go around the back ad go up the stairs to find a Police Maverick.

Sea Plane: Faster:
Get the Sea Plane in the air and wait until it gets faster. Then, start doing sharp turns and drops. This will get it to its maximum speed.

Sentinel XS:
Near Escobar International Airport, you will see a sign that reads "Long Term Parking". There is a sporty-looking Sentinel in the parking lot there that is much faster and better looking than a normal one.

Squallo:
Buy the shipyard in Vice Port for $10,000. The boat will respawn there and will be yours for the taking.

VCN Maverick:
Go to the VCN building in the Downtown area. Go upstairs to find a VCN Maverick.

Zebra:
After completing kaufman cabs missions, the Zebra taxi will appear in Kaufman Cab building, where the original cab was located.

Fix flat tires:
When you have a flat, enable the "Health" code to fill up the tire again. REMEMBER: This will not work when on a motorcycle.

Better braking and turns:
In the PlayStation2 version, hold R1 for better turns and braking.

Stop smoking car:
To stop your car from smoking just enter the health cheat (below).

Downtown Helicopter:
Go downtown and look for a safe house with 3 garages. Go to the stairs and you will find a sign that says roof access. On the roof you will find a a helicopter on the roof.

To earn a lot of cash what you do is go to vinewood find a limo driver punch the side of his car and kill him and he will have tons of cash lots and lots cash that's what has happened to me when i have killed the limo driver.
