Drive Inside Buildings
Once you get Diaz's mansion, get in a car and drive it towards the door. At the
last moment, bail out. Your car will go inside while you stay outside. Now go in
the mansion and you will be able to drive around inside.
Make your Packer Spin Really fast:
First get a packer then drive to the hooker inn near the front. Then using the
colt M4 Shoot out all it's tires then get in and hold x button and Square button
at the same time. While the holding the left Analog Stick and soon it will start
spinning really fast.
