Get a helicopter then go to sunshine autos then fit the chopper into spray and go. Then come out and the chopper will have wheels
Get an army helicopter
Activate the brown thunder missions. If you activate it near the airport, after the level twelve mission, all of the criminals will appear in the same place in the airport. I have 45 million dollars from doing this. after level twelve you only have to blow up two cars and they will always appear in the same spot.
Stop smoking car:
To stop your car from smoking just enter the health cheat.
Fix a Flat
To heal a flat tire submit the health cheat.
A Quick Caddy:
If you ever need a car quick go to the light house in the second bush press triangle and you will have a caddy.
Easy Money and Life:
When playing game, get a nice car at night. Get into the car and drive around to find a STRIPPER. (Try not to damage the car) When you find one, don't beat her then. Drive close to her and hopefully she'll get in. Next when she's in the car drive into a bush and wait till the car shakes. When the STRIPPER gets out of the car ,you get out after her and beat her and collect all of her money.
Find the easter egg:
Simply go to the Vcn Helicopter and run straight at the wall and jump and you will go into a secret place and in there is a Easter egg that says Happy Easter.
Walk Through a wall:
Go to the tall building by the tools shop and you can walk through one of the walls!
Get Weapons From GTA 3:
To get weapons from grand theft auto 3 go on top of the highest building you can get on. Use a rocket launcher to destroy 20 police helicopter. After you did that a message will appear. When it does go to phil's yard and at the side of the building where the patriot is suppose to be you will se a selection of weapons from grand theft auto 3
Get a PCJ 600 motorcycle:
Go to Vice Point and find the Standing Vice Point building near the beach. Drive along the sides of the building across the street from the makeshift ramp to find a PCJ 600.
Media Interview:
Go to the beech in vice point and then turn left and u will be spotted by the media and they will interview you.
Angel Choppers:
Near downtown Little Haiti you will see a goup of people standing or riding Angel Choppers. Grab one...they go really fast and have an american flag on it.
Dirtbike Mission:
Go to the Vice City Sights page booklet on your Vice City case and find \"Dirtbike Track\" north of downtown Little Haiti. When you get there look for a truck and a dirtbike on the track get on the bike and it will automatically have you go to a dirtbike mission!!
Easy Money:
If you want easy money, get a car that can take damage (the patriot can take a beating) and go down the street that goes under the downtown bridge to Prawn Island and run over the parking meters in front of the building with the weird sculpture where you find one of the idols, get out get the dough and continue. They will regenerate by the time you knock over the last one and then do it again. P.S. If you don\'t kill anyone, the cops will leave you alone.
Easy Money
On the mission trojan voodoo when you lose you can kill the hatians for loads of money and they keep coming back so you can kill them.
How to make the moon bigger:
Get the sniper rifle and target the moon and shoot it; the moon has various sizes
Downtown: Molotov cocktails:
Go to where the Hyman Condo is located and go past the save point. Follow the alley until it reaches the street. Across the street you will see a restaurant named Tacocalypse. Enter the outdoor eating area and turn left to find the Molotov cocktail.
Downtown: Dead turtle:
Go off the coast to the east of the Greasy Chopper to see a dead turtle.
Escobar International Airport: Rocket launcher:
On the long drive to the airport, there is a short left turn into the Hooker Inn hotel. There is a rocket launcher in the pool there.
Escobar International Airport: Spaz 12 shotgun:
Look behind the wave-shaped billboard (unique jump) in front of the airport terminal to get a Spaz 12 shotgun.
Leaf Links: Many guns:
At the golf course, kill the guards at the gate. Walk through the metal detector with a gun, and a lot of guns will appear.

Sometimes there is a group of people outside the golf course. Kill them and take the golf clubs.

Go to Leaf Links golf course and move far down the back (where there is a narrow brown bridge connecting the small island with the big one). When on the bridge, you should be able to see a shark in the water.
Little Haiti: Pogo The Monkey arcade game:
Find the pizza restaurant in Little Haiti, Go in and you will see two arcade games. One of them is Pogo the Monkey.
Little Haiti: Obscene poster:
After taking Phil Cassidy to the hospital, go into his trailer and enter his room. Over top of his bed is a poster reads "Is F***king Great" at the top.
Little Haiti: Dracula poster:
At the funeral home, there is a window with displays and other items. Look in the window in first person mode, there should be Bela Lugosi Dracula poster to Tommy's right.
Little Havana: Sniper rifle:
Go to Sunshine Autos, then head north until it ends. Turn right and then find the alleyway that connects the two roads. Go in it, turn right, and find the set of stairs. Go up the first, then there is another. Go up that then go to the corner furthest away form the stairs.

A good location where the police, FBI and Army will have a hard time to getting you is the hospital.
Ocean Beach: Baseball bat:
Look in the alleyway directly behind your hideout at the Ocean View to find a baseball bat.
Ocean Beach: Brass knuckles:
Look slightly north (less than 100 feet) from the baseball bat behind your hideout to find a set of brass knuckles.
Ocean Beach: Chainsaw:
Enter the apartment building in Ocean Beach next to the Pay 'N' Spray. Find the open door to apartment 30. To your right is a bathroom with blood all over. The chainsaw can be found there.
Ocean Beach: Knife:
Go to the alleyway in the south-east corner of the east island (where you start) to find the knife.
Ocean Beach: Bag of money:
After you complete the Malibu Club missions, there will be a bag full of money on your bed in your Ocean View Hotel Room.
Ocean Beach: Drugs:
On the table in your Ocean View Hotel room is a broken hidden package that has a mysterious white powder spilling out of it.
Ocean Beach: Beach ball:
You can find a beach ball on the beach that you can bounce on your head for points.
Ocean Beach: Secret package contents:
On a table in the hotel room, there is a secret package. It does not count towards the 100 hidden in the game. It is broken open and contains cocaine.

Also a hockey mask from the Bank Heist mission will be on the table in your room at the Ocean View hotel after that mission is completed.
Prawn Island: Erotic posters:
Drive into the InterGlobal Films movie set on Prawn Island. Walk into the toll booth to see some posters of women on the wall. REMEMBER: You can see each poster better in first person view.
Starfish Island: Katana:
Go to the house directly west of the Vercetti Estate (Diaz's Mansion). There is a katana in the garage.

On one of the bridge sidewalks that connects to Starfish Island where the estate mansion is located, there is a machete.

In the North Point Mall, go into the Tarbrush Cafe. Go into the back room to find the katana.

Go to the pizza shop walk around the back. Look to the northwest corner to find a meat cleaver.
Vice Point: RC Baron Race:
Get in the Toy Fun Van on the top of the parking garage next to the mall to start the RC Baron Race, in which you will fly RC planes across the island.

Get in the Toy Fun Van near the dirt bike track.
Vice Point: Village People:
The Village People perform inside the Malibu Club. Dicing them up with a chainsaw is very cathartic.
Vice Point: Tear gas:
Look behind the police station where the cop uniform is located to find tear gas.
Vice Port: Flame thrower:
There is a flame thrower near 8-Ball's place. Before you turn into it, go south near the wall to find it.
Washington Beach: Cleaver:
You can find a cleaver behind the Well Stacked Pizza shop in Washington Beach.
Washington Beach: Shotgun:
Get a vehicle and drive along the trail at Washington Beach.
Washington Beach: Tear gas:
Tear gas can be found in the parking lot directly behind the Police Station in Washington Beach.
Coastguard Boat:
In the second city go to the cargo ship there should be a dock at the FRONT! not the BACK! at the back is your safehouse anyway at the dock is a boat called a \'\'COASTGUARD\'\' you can\'t get it any were else so take it for a ride each motor is 100 horsepower it\'s super fast!!

While playing enter the fanny magnet code and the pedestrians have weapons code. Then get a lot of girls to follow you. When you shoot at someone, they will go after that person too.
Starfish Island: Trophies:
After finishing the three events at the Hyman Memorial Stadium, go to your mansion. In the first room to the right (above the television), you will now have three trophies; one with a dirt bike, one with a star on top, and one that reads "Vice City Champion 1986".
Downtown: Drowned man:
Go off the coast to the east of the Greasy Chopper to see man in swimming trunks that drowned due to a brick tied to him.
See 8-ball Keji Maria and el Burro from GTA3
Across the street from the Pole Position club there is a video game shop where you can see pictures of El burro ,Kenji,Maria and 8-ball all from GTA3.
Drive Inside Buildings
Once you get Diaz's mansion, get in a car and drive it towards the door. At the last moment, bail out. Your car will go inside while you stay outside. Now go in the mansion and you will be able to drive around inside.
Make your Packer Spin Really fast:
First get a packer then drive to the hooker inn near the front. Then using the colt M4 Shoot out all it's tires then get in and hold x button and Square button at the same time. While the holding the left Analog Stick and soon it will start spinning really fast.
Downtown Helicopter:
Go downtown and look for a safe house with 3 garages. Go to the stairs and you will find a sign that says roof access. On the roof you will find a a helicopter on the roof.
Easy Cars and Money:
When you need money and a car at the same time rush a guy on the street take the money. Look for a ambulance when the paramedic jumps out jack the car and run him over.

To earn a lot of cash what you do is go to vinewood find a limo driver punch the side of his car and kill him and he will have tons of cash lots and lots cash that's what has happened to me when i have killed the limo driver.
Cross Closed Bridges
Use the dodo car cheat to fly over the close signs and you can get to the other side of the closed bridge.
Shoppers Kill Police
First get a cop running after you. Then go to the Vice Point Mall (it can be done other places, but it's faster and easier here) and run AROUND a group of women. The cop will run through them. Do this about 3 times and the women will hit the cop with their shopping bags. Then you can steal the cop's weapons with out getting into trouble. Its optional to kill the women to get their money and repeat the process again. Be careful, sometimes the women will hit you instead.
