Go to Las Ventura and look on The Strip.

Complete driving school with at least all silver awards.
BMX Bike
If you want to get a BMX bike, walk around CJ's cul-de-sac and go to the yard that has tall grass in it. (There may be more than one yard with tall grass in it.) You will see a BMX bike.
Bullet
To get the Bullet sports car. look for the burger joint in the north part of San Fierro, west of the church. The Bullet is located in the parking lot right across from the entrance.
Double-ended Dildo
Once you've been nicked, you will find yourself outside the police station (or the police station in Pershing Square area of Los Santos). You can enter the police station, provided you have no weapons. Go inside, find the showers. In there you will find a double ended dildo! You can pick this up and use it as a weapon.
FCR-900
Complete bike school with at least all silver awards.
Freeway
Complete bike school with at least all bronze awards.
Hydra
Complete the game with a 100% rating. A Hydra jump jet (based on the Harrier) will be at the airbase at one end of the biggest strip.
Infernus
Go to Las Ventura and look on The Strip.
