Steal a truck and press R3. Reach level 8 of the trucking missions to unlock RS Haul as a property

Steal any policy vehicle and press R3. Reach level 12 of the vigilante missions to get an armor limit of 150.

Reach 50% progress with Denise. You will get the keys to the Hustler car in her yard.

Reach 50% progress with Helena to get a flamethrower, 9 mm pistol, chainsaw, and Molotov cocktails at her house.

Reach 50% progress with Katie. After getting wasted, you will still have your weapons and not lose money.

How to get to the other cities early with no 4 star wanted level: It's simple. You just need to go to the locked and unlocked area and do something to get one star. After go to the other city and you won't have 4 stars. While you are there kill yourself and you will appear in the nearest hospital in the other city and you can roam around with any 4 stars coming up.

Go to Las Ventura and look on The Strip.
