When you are in the NEW GAME prompt, right after the PRESS START screen, press and hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and push Down, Left, Down, Triangle, Down. You will see a message if you have entered the code correctly.

Master code:
When you are in the NEW GAME prompt, right after the PRESS START screen, press and hold L1 + L2 + R1 + R2 and press Circle, Triangle, Square, Up, Right, X, Square. You will see a message if you have entered the code correctly. All mini-games, unlimited health, unlimited armor, unlimited bullets, all weapon, disarms, etc. will be unlocked.

Get Mini-games:
To unlock the mini-games, finish the game under any difficulty setting.

Disarms:
Every type of weapon has five disarms (Circle, Up + Circle, Left + Circle, Right + Circle, and Down + Circle). An exception is the shotgun, which Circle and Up + Circle.

Flaming Fisted Man warning:
After defeating Flaming Fisted Man, the game restarts itself. This does not allow you to save your game, meaning that you either start a new game or continue fighting Flaming Fist Man repeatedly.
