Utilizing cheat mode:)
Press and hold L1 + R1 in the title prompt. Keep those buttons held and press Circle, Circle, Square, Square, L2, Circle, L2, Square, Select. Release L1, push Circle, then release R1. Now you can begin your game with every weapon and unlimited ammunition.
