First, make a Staff Center and wait for a zookeeper to climb up to the top. They will have a pair of binoculars. Grab the zookeeper and put him or her down on the ground. They will walk around with a pair of binoculars.

White Bengal Tiger
Place a regular bengal tiger into the cage. After u do that, place a zebra in the cage as well. After you put the zebra in, release it into the wild (so the tiger doesn`t eat it). The next time you put a tiger into that cage, it will be a white bengal tiger!
