In neighborhood, click ctrl, shift then c . Then Type in boolProp testingCheatsEnabled true . (without the period.) Then enter create a family mode. Clock shift then n . A note will appear telling you you hav unlocked stuff. Clreate a sim, and you will surely notice you hav unlocked many clothing options! Enjoy! :)
