Command Line Parameters

INSTRUCTIONS

Begin your game with the command line parameter to enable the cheat

-f	Full screen
-r[width]x[height]	Set screen resolution
-w	Windowed screen
-nosound	Disable sound

Special Effects

INSTRUCTIONS

Use the case-sensitive codes after enabling the Postprocessing cheats with the boolProp enablePostProcessing true code. Do not enable or use the Postprocessing cheats unless your video card supports pixel shaders.

CODE	EFFECT
bloom <r g b x>	Blur effect; red, green, blue value must be between 0 and 255, and x (bloom) between 0.0 and 1.0
vignette <centerX centerY x>	Centered blur effect; centerX and centerY are screen coordinates; x (vignette) must be between 0.0 and 1.0
filmGrain <0.0-1.0>	Grainy screen effect
letterBox <0.0-0.4>	Letterbox screen effect

INSTRUCTIONS

Press Ctrl+Shift+C to activate the cheat bar, then enter the following.

maxmotives	The needs of all your sims will go green

remove the censors

INSTRUCTIONS

press shift+ctrl+c then type the codes

activate censors

INSTRUCTIONS

Type motherlode to get $50,000.

Deleting Dirty Dishes

INSTRUCTIONS

When a sim finishes eating, quickly pause, hold "ctrl-shift-c" and then type "move_objects on" then go to buy mode and delete those dirty dishes.

Boolprop cheat (greatest cheat for sims ever)

INSTRUCTIONS

Bring up the cheat bar, then type in "Boolprop testingcheatsenabled true" without the "". This will enable you to get extra items, bring new members in the family in live mode, extra clothes, kill you
