$4 000 000 to start!!!!
start a new game then click lobby on the tool bar then go to the bottom left corner (underground B10) then click on the corner and it will double your start amount so instead of $2 000 000 you get $4 000 000 now your ready to start have fun!!!!!!!
Get more money
If you have an office building, place a restaurant on the second basement floor. It will be a guaranteed source of income, and will earn more as your building gets bigger. REMEMBER:) Only place one restaurant at that location.
Never have people leave
By lowering the condo prices to $40,000 dollars and the people will never leave.
Begin your game with $4 million
Start your game and attempt to place a lobby section all the way to the bottom and the left of the edit screen.
Get condos
Don't build condos unless you want fast money and fast. They are a quick fix to a solution that could easily be resolved by some other way.
