$50,000:
Push CAPS LOCK, then submit the code i love hanson at the Lieutenant screen to put $50,000 in the safe. Only if the current amount is less than that.

Extra money for all gangs:
Push D + A + R + T at the Lieutenant's section of the gang organizer to give $3,000 to all gangs.

Find enemy hideouts quickly:
After pausing your game at the start of the week and look for cars parked at treatment blocks. You'll only be a few and will save time. Mark down where you found the car parked at the treatment block and explore it the next week.
 

How to make more money:
Use the $50,000 code and buy large amounts of red cars. You can only buy ten at a time. Return to the car screen and sell all the cars that you bought. You can only make $2,500 back from selling them (half the money back you paid for).
