FAR CRY TIPS & TRICKS
DevMode.lua
Find the DevMode.lua file in your Far Cry directory. Utilize your text editor to edit the file and copy all the contents below into the DevMode.lua file (replace all the original contents). Save it as a .lua file when you are done. Please backup this file
God mode
Before [Backspace] will toggle God mode, open the "devmode.lua" file with a text editor. Scroll to the very bottom, and paste the following if it is not present:

No damage for demo version
Using your text editor, alter the "gamerules.lua" file in the "/farcrydemo/scripts/default" folder. Find the following line.
"ai_to_player_damage = 1, 1, 1, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5"
and change it to :
"ai_to_player_damage = 0, 0, 0, 0.0, 0.0, 0.0"
Set armor (demo version
Use Notepad to edit "\Scripts\Default\Gamerules.lua" file. Find the line with "armor = 0;" string and change the value to 255. Save the changes and run the game. You should always backup any files you change in case you make a mistake or it mucks up your

ai_to_player_damage = { 1, 1, 1, 0.5, 0.5, 0.5 }
and change it to:
ai_to_play
Unlimited ammo (demo version)

Rally Pigs
If you park a buggy in an unsafe spot, such as on a flight of stairs in the Fort level, eventually a pig will get in and drive it back to the road and park it. Be careful, the pig will run you over if you get in the way.
Crouching
Crouch when shooting. It increases your accuracy and makes it for the enemy to hit you harder.
Headshots
Attempt headshots at enemies who don’t see you even if it’s with the pistol.
Binoculars
They pinpoint every enemy and make their positions show up on the radar. You won't get flanked as easily if you know they are there. Remember that they automatically pick out enemies and put them on your compass.
