Find a lamp (hotel) give it to the man at the Royal Coach barn. He will give you a stick that controls the rats. Give him the stick (it stays in your inventory so you don't lose it) he will give you a pyramid shaped stone. Click on the stone and it will give you anything you want or need - armor, weapons, talismans, special armor, etc.
