In case you don't know, you can get the nat. dex. before you beat the Elite four, if you can get cynthia to show all her pokemon and see every other pokemon(possible), you can go Prof. Rowan and get the nat. dex.

P.S. *there are 150 pokemon.

Go to Veilstone City and then go down to route 214. Next, go right to spring path then go into a cave and go through some doors. Find and read three pillars, then go to a door and a Giratina will appear. You need to have the national pokedex.
