Bonus characters
Have the Game Boy Advance game Harvest Moon: Friends Of Mineral Town or Harvest Moon: More Friends Of Mineral Town in the cartridge slot. Characters from the corresponding game will now appear in Harvest Moon DS.
Battle mini-game
If you inspect your dog's house at 4:44 a.m.. The Witch Princess will appear and teleport you to the mine site. A battle mini-game adjacent some of the girls you can marry will begin. Win the mini-game and the Witch Princess will give you a diploma and the title of "Battle Master".
Eligible girls
The girls that you can marry are: Harvest Goddess, Mermaid , Princess, Aafi , Arisa , Erisu , Kaarii , Reona, Marivia , Serena , Nasuka , Furen, and Muu.

TV Shopping channel
To earn the TV Shopping channel, you must buy items from Karen at the Supermarket for ten days in a row. You will then unlock channel 2 and get the TV Shopping Network.
Basement
First you should start by buying the table from TV Shoping. Buying the table for 500g allows you to expand your house once it has arrived. Once your house expansion is complete, keep watching Sprite Station 2. To unlock the next expansion you need to order the kitchen which costs 4000g. Once it has been delivered you can order the second home expansion from Gotz. Completing the second house expansion unlocks the first basement expansion.
