When you start the game, go to 'create'. From there, make three characters and put them into the group. Take the new characters' gold, weapons, and armor, and give them to the old character, then save. Restart the game and erase the new characters. Repeat until you're filthy rich.

For this code, you do NOT need the boat. Go South from Lord British's castle. Enter the forest and keep going South and you should find water. Go left and there should be a little space. Keep pushing "B" and a Moon Gate should appear. You should transport to a place where there is a dead end. Push "B" some more, and another Moon Gate should appear. Enter it and you should find yourself in a place by trees. Go left in the forest and you should find a town. Enter it, and find the stables. You should have 800GP with you. You talk to the clerk, and he sells 4 horses to you for 800GP.(Or you can steal them) Now, push "A", then "SELECT", and highlight, "HORSE". Press "A" and you should be riding the fastest steeds in the land of Sosaria.

First, get the Pick in the Guild shop in Dawn, it's in one of the chests. Second, get a boat, and go near Exodus's island, go a little north-east of the island, you should find a 2-space island, go on the right side. Finally, dig with the GOLD Pick, and you get the mystic armour! Repeat as desired. Don't forget, you can't sell it. As soon as you get the Armour, pass it to someone thats not the digger, until; the all got it.
