In the instruction booklet that it says you can't play Hothead against Hothead, but that's not true. Here's how you do it: When the title screen appears, go to the "Vs. Com" option. Select either Casey or Shredder as YOUR fighter, then choose Hothead as the computer's fighter. Win or lose the match and return to the fighter select screen. Move your selection over to Hothead and choose him. The CPU select cursor will appear on Hothead as well. Now you can play Hothead Vs. Hothead.
