Level Select
At the Title screen, wait until Higgins is hit by the coconut and press Right, Left, Right, Left, A, B, A, B.

Continue Gameplay
Locate the fifth skull in the first cave on the first island. Walk past the skull and into a hidden room, where you will find the Hudson Bee logo. Now, at the game over screen, hold Left and press Start.
