Hold A + B + C + Start when the opening logo starts to fades. Release the buttons when the Bluesky Zone appears. Press Start(2) to display the debug screen.

Enable the "Debug mode" code. Set the following numbers (from the top downward) on the debug screen: 3, 1, 3. Hold A + B + C + Start to exit debug mode. Press Start(2). A "Bluesky" option will appear at the bottom of the screen. Set this option to "On". P
