There are four tracks in each country. Beat the record of a track to unlock the next one. By unlocking every one of them you will get access the four reversed tracks to receive that country.

Press and hold C-stick Left or C-stick Right in the car selection screen to open either door. Press and hold C-stick Up in the car selection screen to open the hood. Press and hold C-stick Down in the car selection screen to open the trunk.
