Mr. 2 Bon Clay:
First, unlock characters one through fourteen. Then, use Sanji in story mode at any difficulty level. Hold L and press A(2), X, A, Left, A, X, B, A, X, Y, X, A, R(2), Left during the ending credits.
Unlock Mr. 2 Bon Clay. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.

Alternately, first, complete story mode as Luffy, Zolo, Nami, Usopp, and Sanji. Then, complete story mode as Buggy, Kuro, Chaser, Krieg, and Arlong to unlock Ms. Sunday/Nico Robin. Next, complete story mode as Luffy under hard difficulty to unlock Tony Tony Chopper. Then, complete story mode with ten characters under hard difficulty to unlock the very hard difficulty setting. Next, complete story mode as Luffy under the very hard difficulty setting to unlock Red-Haired Shanks. Then, play through storm mode as Zolo under very hard difficulty, and defeat Hawk-Eye Mihawk with a secret attack (Three Thousand Worlds) to unlock him. Then, complete story mode as Sanji, then hold L and press A(2), X, A, Left, A, X, B, A, X, Y, X, A, R(2), Left during the ending credits. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Mr. 0 Crocodile:
First, unlock characters one through fifteen. Then, select Ms. Sunday in story mode at any difficulty level. Hold L and press Down, A, Left, Down, Y, A, X, B, Up, X, R, Left, Y, Right, B, R during the ending credits. You will hear a sound if you have entered the code correctly.

Alternately, after unlocking Hawk-Eye Mihawk in the "Mr. 2 Bon Clay" code, complete story mode as Ms. Sunday/Nico Robin, then hold L and press Down, A, Left, Down, Y, A, X, B, Up, X, R, Left, Y, Right, B, R during the ending credits. A sound will confirm correct code entry.

Chopper's third costume:
Hold L, then press Y, Left, Right, A, Up, A, Down at the "Press Start" screen.

Luffy's third costume:
Hold L, then press Up, A, Up, A, B, A(2) at the "Press Start" screen.

Nami's third costume:
Hold L, then press Left, A, Left, A, B, A, Y at the "Press Start" screen.

Robin's third costume:
Hold L, then press Down, Right, A, B, A(2) at the "Press Start" screen.

Sanji's third costume:
Hold L, then press Up, A, Down, A, B, A, X at the "Press Start" screen.

Usopp's third costume:
Hold L, then press Right, A, Right, A, B, A, Y at the "Press Start" screen.

Zolo's third costume:
Hold L, then press Down, A, Down, A, B, A, Y at the "Press Start" screen.

Chopper's fourth costume:
Hold R, then press Left, A, Right, X, Y, Left, Right, B at the "Press Start" screen.

Luffy's fourth costume:
Hold R, then press Up, X, Up, X, B, A(2), Up at the "Press Start" screen.

Nami's fourth costume:
Hold R, then press Left, X, Left, X, Y(2), B, Down at the "Press Start" screen.

Sanji's fourth costume:
Hold R, then press Up, X, Down, X, Y, B, Y, X at the "Press Start" screen.

Usopp's fourth costume:
Hold R, then press Right, X, Right, X, A, Y, B, X at the "Press Start" screen.

Zolo's fourth costume:
Hold R, then press Down, X, Down, X, B, A(2), Y at the "Press Start" screen.

Aokiji:
REMEMBER: This character is only available in the Japanese version. Clear event battle with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, Robin, Buggy, Kuro, Krieg, Arlong, Smoker, Bon Clay, Crocodile, and Foxy. Then, play event battle again with Luffy. In the final stage you will battle Aokiji. To unlock Aokiji you must use your level 2 special.

Arlong:
Clear event battle with Nami.

Bon Clay:
In the Japanese version, clear event battle with Chopper.

Buggy:
Clear event battle with Zoro.

Choppy:
Unlock Ms. Sunday, then clear event battle or story mode with Luffy, Nami or Sanji under hard difficulty setting.

Crocodile:
First, unlock characters one through fifteen. Then, clear story mode under all four difficulty settings with all those characters. Next, complete story mode as Luffy under the very hard difficulty setting. REMEMBER: You also need to have at least fifty hours of accumulated game play at this time. When facing Crocodile, By beating him with a Secret attack you will unlock him in story mode. After finishing story mode as Crocodile you will unlock him in all other modes. In the Japanese version, clear event battle with Robin.

Don Crick:
Clear event battle with Sanji under the normal difficulty setting.

Enel:
REMEMBER: This character is only available in the Japanese version. After clearing event battle with Luffy, Zoro, Nami, Usopp, Sanji, Chopper, and Robin, complete their move list in training mode. A picture should flash by of Enel challenging you. Then, play a regular tournament at Grand Tours (tournament mode). One of the character will be replaced with Enel. Defeat him and win the tournament.

Foxy:
REMEMBER: This character is only available in the Japanese version. Clear event battle with Chopper twice.

Krieg:
Clear event battle with Sanji.

Kuro:
Clear event battle with Usopp.

Hawk-eyes Mihawk:
Unlock Red-haired Shanks, then complete story mode as Roronoa Zolo under very hard difficulty. Use a secret attack to By beating Hawk-eyes Mihawk you will unlock him.

In the Japanese version, clear event battle with Zoro under the very hard difficulty setting after Shanks has been unlocked unlocked. Defeat mihawk with a level 2 special after getting hit with Mihawk's level 2 special to unlock him.

Red-haired Shanks:
Unlock Tony Tony Chopper, the complete story mode as Luffy under very hard difficulty.

In the Japanese version, clear event battle with Luffy under the very hard difficulty setting after unlocking Aokiji and Enel.

Smoker:
Clear event battle with Luffy.

Tony Tony Chopper:
Unlock Ms. Sunday, then complete story mode under the hard or greater difficulty setting as Monkey D. Luffy.

Very hard mode:
Clear hard mode in event battle with more than ten characters.

Alternate title screen:
Unlock all the characters to get a new title screen that features everyone.

Successfully unlock characters 1-15 to get a new title screen.

Alternate costumes for The Straw Hats:
After unlocking Shanks and Mihawk, complete the entire move set for all The Straw Hat Pirates in training mode to unlock a third costume for them inspired by the Color Walk books.

After unlocking the third Straw Hat costumes, complete Grand Battle thirty times or Event Battle six times, with each of the Straw Hat crew to unlock a fourth alternate costume.

Alabastia stage:
Finish story mode as Crocodile.

Eden Rock stage:
Break all pillars in training mode with all characters. Then complete training mode, by clearing every move on their move list.

Maxim stage:
In the Japanese version, clear event battle with Enel.

Mini-games:
By winning the Usopp Pirates' Challenge the indicated amount of times to unlock the corresponding mini-game.

Battle Bowl: 7 times
Usopp Race: 12 times
Box Crusher: 16 times
Wootz Smash: 26 times
Snow Shovel: 29 times
Custom Rules: 34 times

Win the Davy Back Fight mini-game the indicated amount of times to unlock the corresponding bonus in the Japanese version of the game.

Breaking Krieg's Armor: 29 times
Crash Rush Boxer (the box breaking): 18 times
Donut Race: 10 times
Groggy Ring: 4 times
Sanji & Zoro voice (announcing): 33 times; also need all support character voices unlocked
Snow (getting rid of snow): 26 times
The "Fix" sign: 34 times

Play data:
Clear Event battle under very hard difficulty to view the stats for your battle.

Ending movies:
Clear Event battle to unlock the ending movie at the "Theater" menu.

Gallery:
Clear Event battle to unlock that character's images in the gallery.

Voice collection:
Clear Event battle to unlock that character's voice collection at the "Treasures" menu.

Every time you complete Usopp's Pirate Challenge by winning all three games, you will unlock a System Voice.

For Zolo and Sanji, first win 33 UPCs and unlock all support chararacter voices. Then, play UPC one more time to unlock their voices.

BMG select:
Clear Event Mode with Mihawk under hard difficulty setting to unlock the "BMG Select" at the "Treasures" menu.

Mr. 2 Bon Clay: Secret attacks:
Instead of holding L and pressing A + X to use a random clone-clone attack, try the following moves to transform instead. By doing this, you can use strategy instead of luck for which character you will transform into.

Mr. 7: While holding L, press A(4), X.
Mr. 8: While holding L, press A(3), X.
Mr. 9: While holding L, press A(2), X.

Sanji: Easy win:
When the fight starts, use a Leg-O-Wham Supreme. Get food, then do another Leg-O-Wham Supreme .keep doing it until you win.

Special moves:
Every character has special moves. For the first, press A + B. For the second, hold Up and press A + B.

New menu voice and straw hat pirate menu voice:
To get new title voices (the voice that says \"One Piece Grand Battle\" at the title screen.), win all three challenges (no losses) several times in minigame mode. If you did, at the end, it will say \"Luffy menu voice added; Zolo menu voice added, etc.\" Once you get all 16 menu voices, do one more minigame and win all three challenges. (No losses) Then go to options and choose the character name (very first name should be Usopp). Choose straw hat pirates. all five straw hats will be the menu voice.
