When you want money and i mean money really really fast and your stuck on rival #10 press down on the d-pad... then go to race events and go to the only speedtrap race and make sure you use the mazda r-x8...then keep on racing it until you get over $200,000..then you will be set for a long time because the upgrades are going to cost you mula (money) a little bit of money ...also you can get the car you've always wanted...(quote: make sure you go over 135mph because some times they squeeze in a fast car!)

Before you can do anything, you must win the Burger King Challenge. Once you win it, you will unlock all unique parts (also called Junkman parts). Get any car and put all the parts on it except performance. Once you have your car the way you desire, go to the performance shop. Max out your car, then put the Junkman parts on. Max out your car again. Then put on the Junkman parts again. Your car should be fully upgraded now.

Get some cops to chase you, then go to the bus stop. Get on top of the buses and make sure that the front of the car is at the edge of the last bus so that the cops can see you and do not lose you. Keep looking behind you, because the cops will sometimes find a way on top of the buses. When they do get on the buses, just reverse as soon as you see them coming and push them off. Only one cop car will come on top of the bus. Do this for as long as desired. When you want to lose them, just reverse, park in the middle of the buses, and wait until your Cool Down bar fills. The cops will also drive crazy and crash into themselves, giving you extra bounty and bring up your rap sheet rankings on police vehicles immobilized and police vehicles involved.

When the police set up a roadblock or spike strip the easiest way to get out of it is to smash into the back of their car (The spoiler end) you will keep alot of speed and can watch the cars go flying in the air.

Get the police to chase you toward the college campus. You can get big bounties and complete all milestones here by driving around and around the campus way (aka the circle) that you see on map. Learn the campus inside and out. When you are down to one cop car left make sure that you do not allow cruiser to loose site of you until backup has arrive if you have not reach your goals. Rap grows by leaps and bounds here because even when you have reach your milestones any encounters with the cops count towards your Rap Sheet. Helicopters in level 5 can not get low enough to skid hit here.30 minute chases are easy here. Know your hiding spots to get away once goals have been completed. Hint the quick hiding spot is the one inside the parking deck.

Easy way of getting out of a drift: 1 The easiest way to get out of a drift is Nitrous if your in a drift tricky to get out of the nitrous straightens out your ride. 2 if you dont have any nitrous or want to save it another way to get out a drift is to turn in the direction the back of your car is going. eg if Spoiler is turning left turn left to stop drift.

When you defeat a rival, every group of 3 "Question Mark" Bonus Upgrade markers have the pink slip to your rival's car. Hence knowing which marker to choose will land you another free ride, up until you have at least 5 rides in your garage. This is where knowing which marker to choose becomes very easy. Always select the very first marker. When it shows what bonus you win, save your second marker to get the pink slip, unless of course in the first marker is the pink slip. If not, let's say for example the first marker is a "Get out of Jail Free", an "Extra Impound Strike", or a "Release Ride from Impound" If this is the case, the third (3rd) bonus marker (NOT A PARTS, VISUAL, or PERFORMANCE UPGRADE) will contain your rival's pink slip. I was able to get EVERY RIVAL CAR in the game knowing this. If the first marker is a "Cash Bonus" Marker, then the second (2nd) Marker will be the pink slip. If the first marker is the pink slip, I would recommend getting a unique performance upgrade. It's nice to have a free, already souped up ride in order to test out for a later purchase, have another in the garage in case your preferred ride gets impounded, or to sell to make some quick cash. THIS TRICK WILL NOT WORK IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 5 CARS IN YOUR GARAGE. So if your next rival has a ride that you definately want, make sure that your garage, or safe house, only has 4 or less cars in it.
