Finish the first group of four levels in survival

Finish the third group of four levels in survival

Finish the game in survival mode.
Unlock Captain Dax:
Finish the game in survival mode under beginner difficulty.
Unlock Raja:
Finish the game in survival mode under intermediate difficulty.
Unlock Mariah:
Finish the game in survival mode under advanced difficulty.
Unlock Kai:
